Only the winner receives the offered gift. The loser receives no gift.
Before a prize game starts
Check the session’s rules for who can enter, the participating venue, the game and how its winner is determined. A prize session needs clear terms identifying its sponsor, eligibility, start/end conditions and the offered gift.
The gift details matter
Read the gift description for quantity, venue, availability, redemption steps, expiry and any restrictions. Voucher terms apply to that voucher. A drink offer does not override local age restrictions or a venue’s service rules.
Ties, interruptions and disputes
Review the game’s displayed tie and interruption rules before joining. If a session ends unexpectedly or a result seems incorrect, contact support with the session reference and approximate time. Do not assume a disconnected game automatically creates a prize entitlement.
Fair play
Do not collude, use automation, exploit bugs, share accounts or interfere with other participants. Respect your fellow players and venue staff.
