Using SocialZ Party

SocialZ Party supports in-person interaction and casual games at participating venues. An internet connection and account are required. Availability depends on the venue, location and enabled features. You must meet applicable legal age and venue-entry requirements.

Your account

Provide accurate information and protect your sign-in details. Do not share another person’s account or impersonate someone. Contact support if you suspect unauthorised account use.

Respect the people around you

Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, share unlawful or sexually exploitative material, infringe others’ rights, spam, cheat or manipulate results. Only upload content you have the right to share. Respect venue staff, other guests and their privacy.

Games and optional gifts

Games are free to join. An initiator may optionally offer a food, drink or voucher gift. If offered, the gift goes only to the winner; a losing participant receives no gift. Check the game’s eligibility, winner-determination and gift terms before joining. See games and gifts.

Purchases and redemption

Check the item, price, venue, availability and redemption conditions before confirming a purchase. A food, drink or voucher gift is subject to the terms displayed for that specific item. Do not assume it can be exchanged for cash, transferred or redeemed at another venue unless its terms explicitly permit it. Statutory consumer rights continue to apply.

Your content

You retain rights in content you submit. You permit SocialZ to host, process and display it as needed to operate the features you choose. Shared content can be viewed by its intended recipients; settings cannot prevent recipients from copying material they can see.

Service integrity

Features or accounts may be restricted while suspected fraud, cheating, security incidents or breaches of these terms are investigated. Service interruptions can occur. Contact support about an interrupted session or disputed result.

Venues and your legal rights

Follow local law and the venue’s rules. SocialZ does not guarantee entry or the availability of a particular venue item. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
